Before your first pickup
How long does it take?
Usually 24 to 48 hours from pickup. Your confirmation and tracking page show your pickup window and when to expect your clothes back.
What is the minimum order?
Orders start at ₦3,500. Pickup and delivery cost a flat ₦500 in the estates we serve.
Where do you currently operate?
Selected estates in Atlantic View, Ajah, Lagos. If your estate is not listed, tap "Get notified" on the home page and we will tell you when we reach you.
How do I pay?
Pay online by card, transfer or USSD. Where available, you can also pay by bank transfer when your clothes come back. Your tracking page always shows anything still to pay.
What if an item is damaged or goes missing?
Report it within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We check it against the bag and custody records for your order. Compensation is capped at 10 times what you paid to clean each item, within an overall order cap, and a real person walks you through the outcome.
